Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to analyze learning needs and define clear learning objectives.
- Gather knowledge, insights, and requirements from subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to support the development of learning solutions.
- Design and develop effective, engaging, and learner-centered materials, including storyboards for e-learning modules, presentations, manuals, and assessments, applying proven instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure learning materials are accurate, functional, user-friendly, and aligned with business requirements.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning design and development, continuously bringing new ideas and approaches to the team.
